Papua New Guinea – Students of Bubia Primary School outside Lae.
Bubia is Peace’s sister school. I have travelled there three times and have developed a great deal of respect for how well this school operates in trying conditions.
What makes me happy is to see how proud these young people are of their culture and national identity. Wonderful people – professional teachers who put me to shame.

Beautiful exciting and inspiring Turkey
I can think of no journey more exciting and worthwhile than a road trip from Istanbul down the west coast of Turkey, but since I haven’t yet seen the rest of the country maybe I am being a bit premature.
